Instructor of Physics   The Department of Physics and Astronomy (physics.cofc.edu) at the College of Charleston invites applications for an instructor position to begin in Fall 2023. The successful applicant must have or expect to have a Ph.D. in Physics before August 15, 2023 and have a passion for teaching physics courses at all levels within the undergraduate curriculum. The teaching load is 12 contact hours per week, through a combination of lectures and labs. Factors such as prior undergraduate teaching experience, outreach experience (K-12 and public), and post-doctoral experience are desirable.
