NOTE: This is a two-year term appointment with the possibility of extension to a maximum of three years. We have an opening for a Bioinformatics/Microbiome Postdoctoral Researcher to conduct research in the area of microbiome science and quantitative computational biology. You will explore opportunities to further scientific understanding of the underlying microbiome constituent features that impact human health and resilience. This includes developing new methods, tools, and workflows for metagenomic sequence and multi-omic data generation, pre-processing, and analysis in the context of health and disease phenotypes.
