VISITING ASSISTANT PROFESSOR IN THE DEPARTMENT OF PHYSICS JOB DESCRIPTION The Physics Department at Wofford College invites applications for a one year Visiting Assistant Professor of Physics beginning in August 2021.  Our preference is for individuals who have a commitment to teaching and an interest in developing engaging learning environments at a liberal arts college.  The teaching load for this position is the equivalent of two classes and two labs per semester. There are opportunities to teach at the introductory and upper level depending on interest and background.
