The Department of Physics and Energy Science, University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) invites applications for a full-time Tenure-Track Assistant Professor position in experimental Condensed Matter Physics starting August 2025. The successful Assistant Professor candidate will establish a research program with national and international visibility and will actively seek external funding. In addition, the position requires teaching at the undergraduate and graduate level, mentoring students, and providing service to the profession, department, university, and community. The candidate should be able to teach a significant portion of the physics curriculum as demonstrated by courses taken and/or taught, research area topics, relevant publications, and letters of reference.
