The Department of Physics at Duquesne University invites applications for a non-tenure-track position in physics, at the Teaching Assistant Professor level, for the academic year 2023-24.   Located in the heart of Pittsburgh, Duquesne University offers undergraduate physics degrees in a student-centered liberal arts environment. We have seven faculty members and between 25 and 35 students (all years).  We have a commitment to implement Physics Education Research (PER) in our curriculum.  Most students participate in the research programs onsite and many travel to national labs for summer internships.  We are seeking a dynamic individual with a genuine commitment to teaching, excellent interpersonal skills, and the potential for achieving excellence in undergraduate physics courses for s
