The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about teaching at the undergraduate level and is expected to teach across all levels of the undergraduate curriculum, including service courses, advanced undergraduate courses and advanced laboratories; the ability to teach an introductory materials science course, including laboratory, would be a plus. In addition, the candidate is expected to develop a strong experimental research program involving undergraduate students and help with co-curricular activities offered by the physics department.
