The University of Southern Mississippi’s School of Polymer Science and Engineering is now accepting applications for our 2023 Summer REU Program. We are offering 10 weeks of valuable hands-on research experience in one of the nation’s top polymer science and engineering programs. 

 Research Areas include:

  • Functional Polymeric Materials
  • Energy and Sustainability
  • Materials for Biology and Health
  • High- Performance Polymers Composites and Coatings

Benefits include:

  • $6000 summer stipend
  • On campus housing
