About the Job The School of Physics and Astronomy at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, invites applications for a professorial appointment at William I. Fine Theoretical Physics Institute (FTPI). Candidates with distinguished scholarly accomplishments in theoretical physics (with focus on high-energy physics) will be considered. The appointment is expected to be at the Full Professor level, with additional research opportunities provided by the FTPI affiliation. The University of Minnesota has a strong and well-supported theoretical high energy physics group pursuing topics in field theory, phenomenology, astroparticle physics, mathematical physics, and cosmology.
