Visiting Professor of Physics: Lewis & Clark College, a private liberal arts college in Portland, Oregon, invites applications for a one-year visiting professorship in the Department of Physics. The start date is August 15, 2022. The appointment will span Fall 2022 and Spring 2023 (nine months) and may be extended for a second year if there is departmental need. Teaching may include service courses for non-majors, introductory physics courses, up to advanced undergraduate courses depending on expertise. The usual load is five-six courses per academic year (a combination of lecture and laboratory).
