We have an opening for a Postdoctoral Researcher in the area of hydrodynamic simulations of materials with designer properties. The primary focus will be on 1) analysis of 3D printed energetic materials under dynamic loading conditions;2) software development to utilize automatic differentiation libraries in finite element simulations; and 3) apply deep neural networks to inverse problems in complex time-dependent hydrodynamic scenarios.
