Berry College invites applications for a one-year, full-time faculty position in physics beginning August 2020. The successful candidate will hold a Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physics or closely related field. Teaching duties may include introductory algebra-based physics (lecture and lab) and upper-level undergraduate physics courses for a total of 12 contact hours per semester. The department supports the use of active learning strategies. Candidates should have experience in -- or the potential for -- building an equitable and diverse scholarly environment in teaching, mentoring, research, life experiences, or service.
