Should be a self-starter capable of rapidly building and analyzing prototype chips. Experience in fabrication of semiconductor devices including E-beam lithography and related fabrication and electronic transport measurements is required. Work involves applied research and offers rich publication opportunities.
Experience in semiconductor fabrication, characterization and measurement.
