Operations research analyst will be responsible for research and analysis to help to design and implement complex enterprise solutions with the emphasis on operational performance, memory usage, and scalability. Gather and analyze business requirements using mathematics such as operations research, computing, information theory, and signal processing. Participates in the process of creating the hardware requirements that satisfy long-term operational exploitation, performance, ease of integration, reliability, and scalability demands of modern IT systems. Based on performed research and analysis, predicts and identifies changes to be made to the existing software product, generates operational rules, requirements, and approaches for future software system development. Participate in the creation of all required documentation by using design pattern terminology, uml diagrams, and wireframe prototypes. Understand and use object oriented design, design patterns, continuous integration, and software development lifecycle and participate in the design and development of all parts of the software solution, such as prototype, database, business logic, user interface, testing. Responsible for the creation of test plans for highly complex platforms (e.g., validating the interaction of multiple pieces of equipment at the network to ensure the achievement of highest possible software system performance).
Requirements: linux kernel architecture, device drivers, memory management concept (swapping, caches, and vm). Multi-platform development (linux, windows, mobile) and solving cross-platform compatibility problems. Experience in processor hardware architectural design and low-level programming - assembler, masm, sasm., as well as C, C++, C#, cryptography in .net, multithreading. Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware. Practical knowledge of relational databases like mssql, mysql, Microsoft Excel, management systems like jira, gemini, and linux debugging tools such as kgdb, gdb, itrance, strace. Must have a bachelor’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Electronic Engineering plus five years of post-bachelor’s progressive experience as an Operations Research Analyst.
