Rochester Midland Corporation is seeking a bright, hard-working, and motivated undergraduate student with a genuine interest in safety, health and environmental for a paid internship placement. The selected student will assist EH&S support staff with health and safety related projects.
Duties:
Applicants must have strong attention to detail, as well as excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Word and Excel is preferred. Interest in safety, health and environmental is also preferred.

Duties:
- Personal monitoring for current chemical;
- Analyzing EHS data;
- Identifying and locating updated SDS;
- Data entry of safety information into ERP system;
- Organizing & updating health & safety files;
- Performing EHS related tasks as needed

Intern Program Details
- The format of this placement is hybrid. Students report to their designated area at agreed days per week. On the days students work remotely, they need a reliable computer, a secure internet connection, and a phone.
- To be eligible for a paid co-op placement, applicants must be able to demonstrate they are full-time students in good academic standing as defined by their schools.
- Undergraduate students will be hired as EHS Co-Op and paid the hourly rate of $25.00.
- United States (U.S.) citizenship and New York state residency are not required, but applicants must be eligible to be employed in the U.S.
