We are seeking an experienced Regional Environmental, Health & Safety Manager to lead company-wide safety initiatives, foster a culture of safety, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. This role will work closely with facility leadership to drive safety improvements, reduce workplace risks, and implement innovative safety strategies.

The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Environmental, Health & Safety Manager to lead company-wide safety initiatives, foster a culture of safety, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. This role will work closely with facility leadership to drive safety improvements, reduce workplace risks, and implement innovative safety strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements.
- Lead safety audits, inspections, and risk analyses to identify and resolve hazards.
- Oversee incident investigations and corrective action plans.
- Support environmental programs, including waste management and emergency response.
- Collaborate with plant leadership to promote a strong safety culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Management or related field and 6-10 years of experience in food manufacturing safety (CSP preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA standards and safety best practices.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
