Key Responsibilities (Top 5-6)

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the facility complies with all environmental regulations, including air, water, and waste management
• Environmental Audits: Conduct regular environmental audits to identify potential issues and areas for improvement
• Team Leadership: Manage the EHS team, including hiring, training, and performance management

Position Requirements:

• Knowledgeable in Federal and California state laws and regulations
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent time management skills and accountability
• Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing with direct oversight of EHS-related fields
