Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure on-time delivery and expedite materials to support Pratt & Whitney engine programs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving key business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive success across programs.
- Become the go-to subject matter expert (SME) for Pratt & Whitney procurement processes, including:
- Terminations, SAP connectivity, and the Procurement Manual.
- Tooling, RV/SA creation, compliance, and aged inventory closure.
- Terminations, SAP connectivity, and the Procurement Manual.
- Develop and share organizational intelligence to empower the team and build strong internal networks.
- Train new and existing team members, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and growth.
- Present regularly to senior leadership, showcasing progress and insights.
What We're Looking For
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, OR
- In lieu of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience.
- Must be a U.S. Person or Permanent Resident ("Green Card" holder).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Aerospace industry experience.
- Expertise in developing standardized processes.
- Proficiency with SAP systems.
