Advisory Manager, Salesforce Technology (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, Florham Park, NJ. Develop Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that address the needs of large organizations, including those that streamline organizational needs and meet legal and industry-specific compliance standards and regulations. Apply experience helping large organizations with the improvement of their Sales, Service, Marketing, R&D, IT, and Operations business units, including understanding and solving business challenges related to CRM technology implementations, delivering Social & Media Enterprise platforms, and designing and developing platform-based applications. Leverage the Salesforce technology and platform to transform sales, service, and marketing capabilities. Provide clients with a combination of the following services: sales transformation; service transformation; marketing transformation; analytics; force platform based innovation and development; change management and training. Lead engagements and supervise professional staff.
Demonstrate in-depth technical expertise. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering or related, plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience; OR a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering or related, plus 3 years of related work experience.
Must have at least one of the following Salesforce.com certifications: Certified Administrator, Certified Developer, or Certified Sales/Service Consultant.
Must have experience with the following:
- Implementing software configurations, Mobile solutions, Apex coding, or Visualforce coding in Salesforce.com or Veeva;
- Performing systems application implementations, software configurations, or other related coding in at least one or more of the following technical product suites: Salesforce.com, SAP, Oracle, Marketo, cloud business applications or on-premise ERP business applications;
- Leading business and technical solution-focused engagements; and
- Performing third party integrations, applying knowledge of third-party functionality and impact of these integrations.
Travel up to 80% is required.
