Manager, Advisory, Forensic Technology & eDiscovery Computer Forensics (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, San Francisco, CA.
Help clients by investigating fraud, assisting with risk management and mitigation, and identifying and analyzing vulnerabilities. Utilize core forensic capabilities and forensic technology expertise to prepare for and manage threats. Assist clients in becoming 'threat-smart', and developing dynamic and adaptive strategies. Establish client relationships and understand client issues in an evolving threat landscape.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Operations or a related discipline, plus (5) five years of post-bachelor’s progressive related work experience; OR a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Operations, plus (3) three years of related work experience.
Must have experience in all of the following:
- Leading Forensic teams to strategically prepare, plan, implement, upgrade and monitor security measures for the protection of computer networks and information within a threat landscape of corruption and fraud;
- Developing “threat-smart” plans to help clients anticipate, manage and respond to threats;
- Monitoring quantitative data analysis and data mining solutions in support of forensic investigations/ litigation or in response to regulatory compliance-related inquiries; and
- Creating rules to detect cybercrime, fraudulent or non-compliant transactions, preparing statistical and economic impact analyses, and developing executive-level reports/ dashboards to summarize results.
Must have experience applying one or more of the following: Security, eDiscovery Services, Forensics and Analysis, IT Strategy and Operations, Design and Implementation, Business Applications: EnCase, Paraben, litigation-support software, Microsoft SQL Server, Visual Basic, Microsoft .Net framework, Microsoft Access, SQL, Microsoft Exchange, Lotus Notes/Domino, or system administration experience in Microsoft, AS400 Linux/Unix or Macintosh.
Travel up to 80% of the time is required.
