Beneq is looking for a
Technical Sales Manager (ALD), North America
to support the sales of Beneq’s Thin as a Service™ offering, consisting of ALD-123™ Development Services, ALD Coating Services, and ALD Equipment. Customers comprise of industrial manufacturers and research organizations. Main tasks will include soliciting potential customers, processing inquiries and RFQ’s, preparing commercial quotations rich in technical content, and leading sales negotiations up to securing contracts. Extensive travelling (>100 days/year) will be required to succeed in the position.
We expect a suitable degree in engineering or science, fluency in spoken English, an impeccable command of written English, and an international and sales-oriented mindset. Experience with thin film deposition technologies is a must. Especially beneficial would be experience with Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD). Knowledge of inorganic chemistry, equipment engineering, capital equipment project business and b-to-b service models will be advantageous. Previous experience in working with European companies is also an advantage. We seek a business-minded person with a strong technical understanding and a curious mind to learn more.
We will train you through an introduction period within our development laboratory focusing on ALD application development with our ALD tools. In your sales work you will be supported by our business unit located in Espoo, Finland. You will report to Head of Sales, Thin Film Solutions Business Unit.
