AOSense, Inc.
AOSense was founded in 2004 to develop innovative inertial sensors and frequency standards capitalizing on atom optics (AO) techniques. The test masses in our sensors are clouds of laser-cooled atoms freely falling in a vacuum cell. Frequency-stable lasers measure the motion of these atoms relative to the sensor platform. These two characteristics of AO sensors provide unparalleled accuracy and stability, far surpassing the performance of conventional sensors.

Position summary:
We are seeking a physicist with expertise in atomic physics.  As a Physicist at AOSense, you will apply your experience in laser technology and atomic physics to design, build, optimize, and test atom optic sensors and atomic frequency standards.  You will help to guide the development of future generations of atomic devices as they transition from the laboratory into the field.
