The Physics Department at Universidad de los Andes, Colombia, is seeking to fill a position in experimental condensed matter physics for a faculty member at the level of assistant or associate professor. Applicants are expected to have expertise in one or more of the following areas: nano-magnetism, transport measurements (high magnetic fields and low temperatures) and functional layered materials (fabrication, growth and characterization). This position should complement and extend our existing experimental strength in condensed matter physics.
